Why did you choose to switch to TOTM products?
I wanted to try something without harsh chemicals
Had you used organic cotton period care products before using TOTM?
No
When using conventional period care products (non-organic) did you experience any discomfort or irritation?
Yes. Intense stomach cramps, soreness and uncomfortable. I have to use tampons due to flow but would avoid it as much as possible as I know it would also cause more tummy pains. I would take pain killers every period usually.

Have you noticed any improvements since switching to organic cotton?
Yes! My first period with no pain whatsoever. I can’t believe the difference.
Overall, did you find this was a negative or positive experience using the organic products? (Please consider performance, comfort etc)
Definitely positive. Although I had to adjust to using paper applicators; otherwise there is no difference to previous sanitary wear.
I am so amazed and surprised to have a period with no pain as I just presumed that this was down to my body and not the products I was using. I have 3 young girls who I will be making sure use only organic sanitary wear as I think they are a massive game changer to making life during your period much more comfortable..

I support a charity called ‘supporting sisters’ which donates sanitary products and toiletries to women in refuge or homeless women and I will be passing on any spare products each month to try and help others as well as spread the message.
