Our cups are made with medical grade TPE, which is often used in medical equipment. We use TPE over silicone as it has a soft, flexible feel which moulds to the body when inserted. This means that (when placed correctly) our cup seals securely for added comfort and protection.
We offer standard guidelines to help you find the right cup, however these are just suggestions. If you need help deciding on a size, please drop us a message. Our standard guidelines are shown at the top of this page, just select ‘find my cup size.’
Our cups do not contain phthalates, silicone, latex, or BPA. They are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.
To insert the cup, you’ll need to fold it beforehand. There are many different ways to fold a menstrual cup. We’ve linked a few suggested folds here. It’s important to relax and try out a few folds until you find what works best for you.
You need to sterilise your cup before use by boiling it in water for 3-4 minutes. Once cooled, you can then insert the cup to use on your period. When you need to change the cup, you need to gently squeeze the sides of the cup to release the seal and then remove the cup. You can then empty your blood into the toilet, give the cup a rinse under water and re-insert.
