We exist to inspire better, more sustainable ways to manage periods and shake up the period care industry for good. Since our launch, we’ve been driving positive change and have let our core purpose lead the way. We’ve always had our sights set on becoming a B Corp Certified. and now we’re excited to have finally taken this step.
What is a B Corp & why did we want to be one?
A B Corp business is certified by B Lab™. B Lab is a non-profit organisation that supports and inspires a global movement of people, striving to use business for good. To become a certified B Corp, businesses must meet B Lab’s high standards of positive social and environmental impact.
As a B Corp, we’re part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact.
Becoming a B Corp takes months and months of hard work. But we want the effort we put into building a positive business to get the recognition it deserves. Transparency and accountability are at the core of our mission. Becoming B Corp certified means our customers know they are making a difference every time they shop with us.
How do you become B Corp Certified?
To become a B Corp, we had to go through the “B Corps Impact Assessment” (BIA). This is a huge, in-depth questionnaire that unearths every corner of your business, covering five key areas:
- Governance
- Environment
- Workers
- Community
- Customers
The ethical experts at B Lab assess businesses and give a score out of 200 – you must score at least 80/200 to become a certified B Corp. TOTM scored a B Impact Score of 103.7. As anything over 100 is considered outstanding, so we’re feeling proud about that 😊
How do we do things differently?
As a force for good in the period care industry, we are conscious of our ethical and environmental footprint. Our responsibility spans beyond our sustainable period care. Our ethical values inform every part of our business, from the way we treat our customers, to the way we offset our impact on the planet.

Our mission & vision for the future
Becoming B Corp Certified is an exciting milestone for us as a business but it’s by no means an end goal. We have some exciting plans in the pipeline that will propel us forward on our mission.
